In soccer, the importance of the goalkeeper has increased considerably in recent years. The goalkeeper is expected to actively participate in all phases of the game, not only defending the goal, but also playing a crucial role in maintaining possession of the ball, covering the defense, organizing, and leading the team. 
 
Futsal offers an ideal environment to develop the demands of the modern football goalkeeper, but there is still very little literature about it. In this book we will illustrate and talk about how to develop and transfer physical, technical, tactical, and psychological skills from futsal to soccer.
